Note that password field must be 7 characters long. So you will need to enter 7 characters to successfully login to Syndoc.

To sign in via syndoc.com website you need to click on "Click here to Log In" to switch to Sign in page . Whereas in app you need to swipe left to switch to sign in page.

Every Saturday Syndoc has down period from 4:30 am to 6.30 am UTC when you may not able to access Syndoc. If you still face same issue refresh the site and try to sign up again.
