Not able to register

When I try to Sign Up on Syndoc website its not allowing me to Sign up.

Every Saturday Syndoc has down period from 4:30 am to 6.30 am UTC when you may not able to access Syndoc. If you still face same issue refresh the site and try to sign up again.
