When I try to decrypt a file on Syndoc website or mobile app, it throws error 'Decryption failed'. Can you look into this issue?

This error message happens when the key used to decrypt file is not the same as one used to encrypt file through Syndoc app. Please note that only files encrypted with Syndoc 'Encrypt' feature can be 'Decrypted. So, if you have a file that has been encrypted by some other application or utility, then Syndoc will not be able to decrypt the file.
Please note that encrypt/decrypt will throw error message containing 'Bad block', if the key is incorrect. All the errors can be viewed in notifications screen after clicking on the notifications icon (it looks like bell icon).
